Frequently Asked Questions
Are your packages transferable?

Yes. If you are not able to travel for incidents not covered by travel insurance, you are free to transfer or sell your paid trip to a friend or family member. We do not charge additional fees for transfers made 60 days prior to the departure date. We must be notified of this change within 60 days of departure to avoid additional fees.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Please refer to our “Booking terms and conditions” for details on payment plans.

What should I bring?

We do recommend you bring appropriate clothing to fit the atmosphere on each day and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.

Are flights included?

No. Every traveler is responsible for their own airfare to and from all destinations. We however work with you to secure the best flight deals for your travel dates.
